45xx Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

To create an account on 45xx and use its services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age of age at the time of registration;
• Be an individual residing in Brazilian territory;
• Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) in good standing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal do Brasil);
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form;
• Not be subject to an active self-exclusion previously requested with 45xx;
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or first-degree relative of anyone directly involved in operating the platform.

2.1 One Account per User

Each User may hold exclusively a single active account at 45xx. Creating additional accounts using third-party CPFs, fictitious data, or under another person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same holder, all accounts involved will be immediately blocked and balances held pending investigation.

2.2 Access Security

The User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. 45xx recommends using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available. If unauthorized access is suspected, the User must immediately contact 45xx support via live chat.

45xx follows identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer – KYC) in line with industry best practices and current Brazilian legislation. Verification is mandatory for withdrawal processing and may be requested at any time during platform use.

3.1 Required Documents

To complete identity verification, the User may be asked to submit:

• Photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back;
• CPF document or any document containing the CPF number;
• Proof of residence issued within the last three months;

3.2 Verification Timeframe

4.2 Deposit Limits

In such cases, the User will be notified by email and given an estimated resolution timeframe. Withdrawals subject to fraud investigations may be suspended indefinitely until the review is complete.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to rollover (wagering requirements) before being converted into real, withdrawable balance;
• The standard minimum rollover is 10 (ten) times the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion;
• Sports Betting wagers with odds below 1.50 (one point fifty) do not count toward rollover;
• Casino bonuses used on games with an RTP above 98% may have a reduced contribution toward the rollover — check the conditions of each promotion;

7.2 Odds and Changes

Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In live betting, odds change continuously as the event unfolds. The odds applied are always those in effect at the exact moment of confirmation by the User. 45xx may correct obvious pricing errors (clearly incorrect odds) and cancel bets placed under such conditions, returning the staked amount to the User's balance.

7.3 Event Cancellation & Refunds

If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins, all bets will be refunded to the User's balance. For accumulator bets, the cancelled selection is removed from the slip and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining events. Events that have started and are permanently suspended will be settled based on the result at the time of the suspension, unless a sport-specific rule applies.

7.4 Live Betting

In live betting, 45xx may temporarily suspend markets during critical moments of a match (goals, red cards, injuries). This is done to protect market integrity. Bets placed during a suspension will not be accepted, and the User will receive an on-screen notification.

The User agrees to use the 45xx platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and undertakes not to engage in any of the following actions:

• Use automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to access restricted areas or internal systems of 45xx;
• Manipulating or exploiting technical bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engage in any form of money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illicit activities;
• Share account credentials with third parties or allow others to use your account;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties as a paid intermediary;
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content in any communication area of the platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, balance blocking, and referral to the relevant authorities.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through 45xx support via live chat or email. For voluntarily closed accounts with an available balance, the amount will be refunded via Pix after identity verification is completed, within up to 5 business days.

10.1 Closure by 45xx

45xx reserves the right to close or suspend any account that, following investigation, shows evidence of:

• Fraud, identity misrepresentation, or use of false documents;
• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected money laundering activity;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses;
• Betting patterns consistent with the use of inside information.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, bonus-derived balances will be forfeited. Balances originating from verified deposits may be returned after the completion of an internal investigation.

Downtime caused by maintenance, force majeure, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond 45xx's reasonable control does not give rise to any right of compensation. Where bets in progress are demonstrably affected by a technical interruption, the stake will be refunded to the User's balance.

45xx's maximum liability to any User, for any reason, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the 30 (thirty) days prior to the event that gave rise to the claim.

45xx may review and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are materially significant, registered Users will be notified by email at least 15 (fifteen) calendar days before the new conditions take effect.

Minor changes — such as grammatical corrections, wording clarifications, or updates to contact details — may be made without prior notice. The version in force at any given time is the one published at 45xx's /terms-conditions page, showing the corresponding "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions. Users who do not agree with the changes must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the relationship between the User and 45xx must first be submitted to the amicable resolution process through customer support.

If no amicable resolution is reached within 30 (thirty) days, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the district of São Paulo – SP as the competent venue to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
